Law School Recruiting Assistant (Temporary, Full-Time) – July through December 2026 Responsibilities Assist with event planning Perform heavy data entry Process applicants and resumes Assist with interview scheduling Prepare correspondence Provide general administrative support Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications 1+ year of prior administrative or recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment Preferred bachelor’s degree Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Flexibility to work overtime as needed Superior analytical, planning, and organizational skills Highly motivated and creative with ability to make sound business decisions Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficient with MS Office and applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday and viRecruit Location: New York, NY (hybrid work schedule may be offered). Other office locations may be considered. Pay Range: New York – $24.52 – $33.17 per hour; Boston, Washington, D.C. – $22.07 – $29.86 per hour.
