Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a hospital setting. This role focuses on helping residents improve their ability to perform daily activities and regain independence through personalized therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to determine residents’ therapy needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance residents’ functional abilities.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, training, and education to residents and caregivers.
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and effective care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure.
- 1 year of experience.
- Experience in a SNF or geriatric care setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.
Contract Role
- 36 + hour guarantee
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract duration: 13+ weeks can be extended
- Competitive pay.
- Pay based on years’ experience
- Flexible contract with potential for extension.
