Ping Security Analyst

Responsibilities
- Configure and support PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory environments.
- Set up IdP/SP integrations, policies, authentication flows, and access controls.
- Manage application onboarding and SSO integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Handle access token configuration, authorization policies, and certificate renewals.
- Monitor IAM KPIs, dashboards, alerts, and system health.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and application access issues.
- Support ServiceNow incidents, requests, and operational activities.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation using PagerDuty.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and reliable IAM operations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with:
- PingFederate
- PingAccess
- PingOne SSO
- PingDirectory
- Strong understanding of SSO technologies and protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Experience configuring IdP/SP connections, adapters, policies, selectors, and contract mappings.
- Knowledge of access token management, OIDC policies, and authorization rules.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and monitoring solutions.
- Programming knowledge in Java/Python and scripting using ARM Templates and Ansible.
- Working knowledge of RDBMS/SQL databases.
- Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and analytical skills.
