About the Position
TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Yard Jockey for an on-site, local position in Rural Hall, North Carolina. This role offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. The position is temporary to permanent.

- Pay: $23.75 per hour
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
- Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate yard jockey equipment.
- Move equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the role.
Minimum Requirements
- Two years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Non-CDL license or Class A CDL.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
