Associate Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Graphics: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels. Email Campaigns: Create visually appealing email templates that effectively communicate our messages and promotions. Flyers and Print Materials: Design flyers and other print materials for events, promotions, and other company activities. Presentation Decks: Develop professional and visually compelling presentation decks that effectively communicate information to various audiences. Video Content: Assist in creating and editing video content for social media, website, and other platforms (if applicable). Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and messaging. Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs. Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on graphic design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 1-2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. Experience using canva Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills, especially in digital media. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
