We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help maintain our commitment to exceptional service and integrity in the restoration industry.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments efficiently.Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a service industry.Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties has been serving the community for over 15 years, providing top-notch restoration and cleaning services.
