Role Description The Personal Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is responsible for assisting customers with everyday banking needs, including opening new accounts, processing deposits, and explaining available financial products and services. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving account issues, and providing guidance on personal banking solutions that align with customers’ financial goals. The Personal Banker will also support branch operations, follow compliance and security procedures, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. Qualifications Strong Personal Banking knowledge, including Opening New Accounts and Deposits Foundational understanding of Finance and basic banking products Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and build trust Attention to detail, accuracy in handling transactions, and adherence to regulatory and security standards Comfort working with banking software, computers, and standard office applications Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a branch environment Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or finance is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr First Security Bank and Trust Company
