Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders; develop and implement treatment plans. Establish and monitor IEP goals; collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals; participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings. Document services and progress in the district’s charting system; maintain accurate, timely notes and comply with privacy standards. Provide therapy across a caseload up to 60 students; prioritize student safety, equity, and confidentiality. Coordinate referrals, re‑evaluations, and transitions between grade levels; contribute to program planning and service delivery improvements. Requirements Active Washington State Speech‑Language Pathologist license (WA SLP license) required. ESA certification required. Clinical Fellows (CFs) accepted. Ability to provide services in a school‑based, in‑person K–12 setting. Authorization to work in the United States (as applicable).
