This position is designed for someone who wants to grow from a tax preparer into a Tax Strategist —someone who can look beyond the current year's tax return, identify opportunities, and help clients make proactive tax decisions throughout the year.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Perform bookkeeping and accounting services
• Communicate directly with clients
• Assist with tax planning and strategy engagements
• Research tax questions and continually expand your knowledge of tax law
• Help analyze client situations and identify potential tax-saving opportunities
• Assist with implementing tax strategies
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Learn to look at the client's overall financial picture—not just their tax return

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience preparing tax returns
• Is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Communicates well with clients
• Has bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Is comfortable learning new software and technology
• Enjoys solving problems
• Wants to continually improve their knowledge
• Has a genuine interest in tax planning and tax strategy
• Wants to develop into a Tax Strategist

QuickBooks experience is a plus.

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
