About the Role

WearelookingforaskilledSalesforceSystemAdministratortosupportourorganisation'sSalesforceplatform.Thisroleinvolvesmaintaining,configuring,andimprovingourSalesforcesystemstoensuretheyalignwithbusinessobjectivesandprovideaseamlessexperienceforend-users.TheidealcandidatewillhaveasolidunderstandingoftheSalesforceplatform,astrongtechnicalbackground,ananalyticalapproachandbeproactiveinproblem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Managedailyoperations,includingsystemconfiguration,usersetup,roles,permissions,andaccesscontrol.
• Monitorandensuretheperformance,reliability,andavailabilityoftheSalesforceenvironment.
• Maintaindataintegrityandsecurity,includingregulardatauploads,backups,andfieldaudits.
• Handleallbasicadministrativefunctions,includinguseraccountmaintenance,reports,dashboards,workflows,andotherroutinetasks.
• ImplementandmanageSalesforcecustomizations,suchaspagelayouts,fields,andrecordtypes.
• Developandconfigurecustomobjects,validationrules,andformulastomeetorganizationalneeds.
• Createandupdateprocessautomation,workflows,andflowsinSalesforcetooptimizebusinessprocesses.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstogatherrequirements,translatebusinessneedsintosystemdesign,anddeploynewfeatures.
• Overseedataimports,datacleanup,deduplication,andenrichmentprocesses.
• Createandmaintaincomprehensivereportsanddashboardstosupportbusinessneedsandprovideinsightsfordecision-making.
• Assistusersingeneratingad-hocreportsandensureaccuracyindatainterpretation.
• Providedailysupporttoend-users,troubleshootissues,andrespondtohelpdeskrequests.
• Conducttrainingsessionsandcreatedocumentationfornewandexistingusers.
• Promotebestpracticesindataentry,usage,andSalesforcefunctionalityacrosstheorganization.
• KeepthesystemuptodatewithSalesforcereleases,upgrades,andpatches.
• TestanddeploynewSalesforcefunctionalitiesandthird-partyintegrationsasneeded.
• Maintain existing integrations with other third-party apps used for KYC, Contract Management, Legal review, etc. Such tools include but are not limited to Slack, Zendesk, Persona, JIRA, Docusign CLM, Certinia, etc.
• Workwithexternalvendors,consultants,anddevelopersonvariousprojects.
• Maintaincompliancewithcompanypolicies,dataprivacy,andSalesforce'ssecuritystandards.
• EnsureadherencetoSalesforcebestpracticesandidentifyopportunitiesforprocessoptimization.
• StaycurrentwithSalesforceupdates,newfeatures,andindustrytrendstoimprovesystemperformanceandhealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,orarelatedfield.
• SalesforceAdministratorCertificationisrequired;AdvancedAdministratororPlatformAppBuildercertificationisaplus.
• 3+yearsofexperienceasaSalesforceAdministratororsimilarrole.
• ProficiencyinSalesforceplatformfunctionalities,includingSalesCloud,MarketingCloud,EinsteinandScheduler.
• StrongunderstandingofSalesforceCRMbestpractices,customization,andconfiguration.
• Abilitytomanagecomplextasksandcollaboratewithcross-functionalteams.
• Excellentproblem-solving,communication,andanalyticalskills.
