This role will be responsible for:

• Know/support employee development objectives
• Seek out/research employee training development opportunities
• Evaluate/provide feedback on training programs
• Lead the train-the-trainer program
• Prepare/implement training plans

This opportunity requires:

Education:

• Four-year college degree
• Teaching certification

Experience:

• Create lesson plans
• Lead a classroom
• Assess progress of students
• Evaluate data/people/programs
• Provide feedback
