Clinical Trial Specialist

To support clinical research teams, the full-time Study Startup Specialist II will manage study activation processes, facilitate site agreements and negotiations, and ensure timely project initiation, with the option to work remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with project teams for site activation processes and prepare study dossiers for submission Facilitate contract negotiations and budget discussions while coordinating translation and review of study-specific documents Identify project-specific issues and ensure effective communication with investigational sites and vendors Required qualifications College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education, training, and experience At least 2 years of full-scope Study Startup experience Full professional working proficiency in English and French Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels Well-developed communication and organizational skills
