About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Creative Director to spearhead the agency's creative vision and output. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the entire creative process, from the inception of ideas for new business and strategic initiatives to the final quality of client deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creative quality across the client portfolio, developing compelling creative that aligns with business objectives, and providing direction across various disciplines, including brand identity, integrated campaigns, content, digital experiences, and video. A key aspect of the role is to partner closely with strategy, account leadership, and clients to ensure that the creative work is not only visually appealing but also effectively communicates complex B2B subject matter. Applicants for the Executive Creative Director position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in advertising, marketing, branding, or a related creative discipline, with a significant background in a senior creative leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong design-oriented background, be adept at leading and evaluating conceptual work, and have a proven track record in developing creative for B2B audiences, particularly in technically complex industries. The role requires a leader with strong strategic thinking, the ability to connect creative ideas to business objectives, and excellent communication skills for presenting and defending creative work to senior stakeholders.
