About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 5+ years of current ICU experience required License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact Certifications: - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association ACLS - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Must-Have: - Epic experience - Arterial line experience - Proficiency with IV drips, ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vaso pressures - Ability to charge and precept Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The role includes caring for a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. The nurse will be expected to work a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The nurse must have the ability to float to Progressive Care Unit if necessary. Additionally, the nurse will be responsible for advanced monitoring and care techniques. All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance. Requests for time off must be noted and verified prior to submission. No more than five days of requested time off will be considered. Nurses may not take all holidays off and must be available to work critical holiday weeks. The successful candidate will demonstrate high proficiency in ICU skills and be prepared for a fast-paced environment.
