Job Opportunity in Concord, NCWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg/Tele team in beautiful Concord, NC. This is an urgent need, and we are looking for an individual who can provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.Duties:Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses, problems, and issues.Develop and implement individualized care plans.Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe environment.Delegate care tasks to appropriate healthcare workers.Evaluate progress towards goals and outcomes.Communicate effectively with patients and stakeholders.Demonstrate leadership and seek continuous professional development.Integrate evidence and research findings into practice.Contribute to quality nursing practices and evaluate nursing standards.Utilize resources to provide safe and effective nursing services.Practice ethically and promote shared governance.Physical Requirements:Ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, stoop, bend, push, and pull.Must be able to lift and support 35 pounds.Excellent critical thinking and concentration skills.Quick response to changes in patient or unit conditions.Skills:Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status (American Heart Association).Valid RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the applicable state.
