Key Responsibilities Follow up with prospective residents and leasing inquiries Conduct apartment tours and assist with the leasing process Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Support resident retention initiatives and renewal efforts Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records Coordinate maintenance requests and resident work orders Maintain organized resident files and property documentation Assist the Property Manager with daily community operations Help achieve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance goals Foster a welcoming, professional, and engaging community atmosphere Required Qualifications Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Professionalism when handling resident concerns and challenging situations Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of multifamily housing or property management experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Leasing and sales experience Experience with Yardi property management software Basic understanding of property financials and budgeting Join Our Team If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take the next step in your property management career, we'd love to meet you.
