Staff Nurse - Cardiovascular Surgery and Transplant

The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team. The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model. Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
