Warehouse Operations Analyst - Hybrid/Remote in PA

Warehouse Operations Analyst Job Summary: The Operations Analyst monitors and evaluates operational processes and outputs to ensure they meet established quality standards, becomes the operations subject‑matter expert, maintains all process and policy documents, performs routine process audits, and analyzes quality data to determine root causes preventing operational excellence. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Collect and review procedural documents and training documents for each process. Revise existing procedures or create new ones as needed. Track instructions and checklists for procedures within each process for use in training existing and new employees. Create audit processes to evaluate process flow and standards against documentation. Process and track measurables to demonstrate performance against established standards. Create a dashboard for employees to review measurables and reports on process performance. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university, preferably in Operations or Business Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in operations.
