Location: Boise, ID Position Title: Direct Appointment Setter / Canvasser Schedule: Field-Based | Full-Time (Afternoon & Evening Hours) Compensation: Hourly Base + Tiered Performance Bonus Expected Earnings: $65,000 – $105,000+ annually (based on performance) About Bartlett Roofing Bartlett Roofing's growth is driven by people who take initiative. The Direct Appointment Setter is the first impression of our company and a key driver of our success Compensation Base Hourly Wage: $16-$19/hr Entry-Level: $16/hr Experienced Appointment Setters: $18-$19/hr Performance Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses for qualified appointments that complete an inspection consultation:

• 30 per completed appointment
• 40 per completed appointment at higher performance levels
• 50 per completed appointment at top performance levels
