Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for different ages and learning needs
• Passion for collaborative teamwork and supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to facilitate student progress
• Document progress, maintain accurate case records, and participate in student support meetings
• Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding communication strategies
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based therapy services
