We are looking for a dedicated QA Analyst with experience in RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) processes and working knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira .
Required Skills:
- QA / Test Analysis experience
- RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) knowledge
- ServiceNow exposure
- Jira defect management and user story creation
- Defect triage, classification, and root cause analysis
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse technical and business findings identified during QA and RCSA assessments.
- Categorise and classify defects/issues based on severity, impact, and root cause.
- Translate findings into clear and detailed user stories , defect descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Log, track, and manage defects and enhancement requests in Jira .
- Work closely with business, technology, and QA teams to ensure accurate defect documentation and resolution tracking.
- Maintain quality records, reporting, and defect lifecycle governance.
- Support risk, control, and compliance-related QA activities.
