Position Summary The primary purpose of your job is to administer and perform human resources/payroll functions for the community in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles, state and federal regulations, and the Administrator’s direction. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees. Education & Qualifications Must be a high‑school graduate or equivalent. Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience in payroll and/or HR administration. Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, workers’ compensation, and unemployment. Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software. Shift & Wage Part‑Time Opportunity Available. Shifts Needed: Monday – Friday, Days.
