Impactful Housing Stability Case Manager
Friends of Switchpoint Inc
Friends of Switchpoint Inc. is seeking a full-time Housing Services Specialist to support homeless individuals and families in Utah. You will conduct intake assessments, develop client-driven case plans, and coordinate Life Skills and budgeting trainings to promote self-sufficiency and housing stability. You will work closely with program staff to ensure safety, maintain client files, document incidents, and connect clients with HUD-aligned resources and community partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
