As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects run seamlessly and our clients' needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities: As a Project Coordinator, your role will encompass:

• Serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments, accurately documenting and communicating customer submittals and requests.
• Collaborating with the internal department heads - Design Manager, Production Supervisor, Installation Supervisor, and Operations Manager to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinating with Project Managers and Superintendents to manage field measurements, customer follow-ups, site readiness assessments, and sales lead opportunities.
• Completing all General Contractor required project specific paperwork - Safety documentation, badging requirements, material Safety data sheets, insurance specific requirements
• Real-time management of internal files and job tracking reports.
• Updating and maintaining communication and reports for upper management.
• Generating, issuing, and obtaining proper sign-offs for all change orders.
• Contributing to continuous process improvements, refining standard documentation, work procedures, and identifying efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.

Backup Support Responsibilities: You'll also offer essential backup support for various activities, including:

• Assisting with Office Manager tasks as required
• Reviewing contract documents when necessary.
• Completing bid estimates as appropriate.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Construction Experience Preferred
• Maintaining composure in high stress situations
• Customer Service Oriented mindset
• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday
