Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on communication, language development, fluency, voice therapy, and swallowing difficulties.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, caregivers, and family members to establish integrated care pathways.

Provide education to patients and families, enabling continued progress outside of therapy sessions.

Partake in infrequent inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring ongoing support throughout each patient's recovery journey.

Ensure precise documentation as per state, federal, and organizational policies, maintaining the highest standards.

Keep abreast of new developments in the field through continued education and peer engagement.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is still pending.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
