Regional CDL-A Driver – Dedicated Fleet Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. This opportunity is designed for professional drivers seeking dependable weekly home time, consistent freight, and modern equipment while operating throughout Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah. This position is ideal for drivers who appreciate predictable routes, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to support a dedicated grocery distribution operation while operating newer equipment equipped for mountain conditions. HireNow Snapshot The Regional CDL-A Driver will support dedicated retail distribution operations while safely transporting freight across established routes. Drivers will operate within a home-weekly environment while servicing locations throughout Colorado and surrounding states using a combination of live unload and drop-and-hook freight.Transportation Operations

• Safely transport freight while maintaining on-time delivery performance.
• Operate late-model automatic transmission tractors equipped with automatic chains.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Maintain safe driving practices during varying weather and mountain driving conditions.

Freight Responsibilities

• Handle no-touch freight utilizing live unload and drop-and-hook operations.
• Complete approximately six loads weekly.
• Average approximately thirteen stops per week.
• Support two-day mountain runs when assigned.
• Maintain professionalism while serving retail customers throughout Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah.
• Support a 24/7 operation that includes nights, weekends, and holiday schedules.

• Vail, Colorado (within approximately 75 miles)
• Rifle, Colorado (within approximately 85 miles)
• Aurora, Colorado (within approximately 100 miles)

Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,625 – $1,650
• Annual Earnings: $84,500 – $85,800
• Pay Per Mile Compensation
• Safe & On-Time Bonus Program

Schedule

• Regional Dedicated Fleet
• Home Weekly
• Six Days On / Two Days Off
• Average 1,700 Miles Per Week
• Approximately Six Loads Per Week
• Twenty-Four-Hour Operations
• Nights, Weekends, and Holiday Availability Required
