Position: Phlebotomist II (PSR II)

Location: IN_AGRJ_703 W Park St, Cayuga IN 47928

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET)

Job Description:

Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
Verify patient information and maintain accurate documentation.
Deliver excellent patient service while ensuring safety, confidentiality, and quality.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment and support multiple collection sites as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric collections).
Strong specimen processing and data entry skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required where applicable).
