Vice President or Sr. Director of Supply Chain & Parts

We are seeking to add a high-caliber, high-capacity Senior Director/VP of Supply Chain and Parts to our executive leadership team to lead and elevate one of the most critical functions in our organization. This role requires a leader who can operate at both a strategic and operational level, building a scalable, high-performance Supply Chain and Parts organization that keeps pace with our growth and supports our field-first execution. They must also be able to leverage technology to build efficient, scalable processes, positioning our business to unlock the future of how AI can drive productivity, improve decision-making, and enable us to reach our full potential. Job duties: Lead and optimize all aspects of Parts and Supply Chain operations, including inventory strategy, warehousing, and distribution Design and implement scalable systems for forecasting, replenishment, stock planning, and inventory optimization Establish and maintain best-in-class warehouse standards—ensuring clean, organized, and highly efficient environments across all sites Drive consistent execution with a focus on on-time delivery, accuracy, and proactive communication Build and manage strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key wholesale customers Partner closely with Service and Field Operations teams to ensure rapid, accurate, and reliable support in a 24/7/365 environment Implement data-driven performance management through KPIs, scorecards, and a disciplined operating cadence Lead, develop, and elevate a high-performing team; assess talent and build organizational capability for long-term growth Maintain visibility and control over open orders, quotes, and service work-in-progress to ensure operational excellence Required Skills/Experience Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain, parts, or distribution operations Strong strategic, analytical, and operational capabilities Experience building and scaling inventory and supply chain systems Track record of driving performance through data, KPIs, and process discipline Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels Foster a collaborative, people-first environment that supports high performance and engagement Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and bring energy to an “always-on” operation Demonstrate professionalism and presence that builds trust with employees, customers, vendors, and partners Establish a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement All BCEW team members are expected to embrace and demonstrate our Core Values: Champion Safety — Know it. This position will be a part of the company’s profit sharing program, with a bonus potential of 25-30% of base salary, as well as a long term incentive compensation plan.
