But, there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:**Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the positionAbility to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directedEffective communication skillsManage workload and prioritize tasks independentlymultiple tasks within established Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job dutiesAbility to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)Target is one of the world's most recognized brands and one of America's leading retailers.
