Working directly with the District Manager, General Managers are the restaurant’s first in command. This includes managing the daily operations, team building, coaching, and developing. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience QSR or fast-casual experience preferred but not required Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team Desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback Must have a great personality, a desire to serve guests, enjoy working as part of a team, be upbeat and engaging Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to bend, kneel and lift (25-50 pounds) Mobility (bending, reaching, wiping, carrying) All positions require long periods of standing, including evenings and weekends If you like working with people in a fun, fast-paced team environment, Wendy’s is the place for you!
