In this dynamic role as a clinic manager, you will engage in direct patient care and comprehensive clinic leadership. Receive patient feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to guarantee an exceptional patient experience. Facilitate efficient patient scheduling to keep the clinic full and maximize patient care. Operations & Financial Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including the management of therapists and aides while collaborating with the front office staff. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage productivity to maximize clinic efficiency, appropriate revenue generation, and overall profitability. Manage the clinic budget and expenses, including patient travel, office supplies, and medical equipment, ordering supplies within budgetary limits. Collaborate seamlessly with the front desk, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and billing teams to ensure accurate billing, reimbursement, and appropriate utilization of services. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative, highly engaged, and growth-oriented work environment. Manage employee schedules, conduct annual performance reviews, and facilitate ongoing staff training. Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Lead monthly staff meetings and maintain open lines of communication across all departments.
