Assembly/ Calibration Tech

Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Calibration Technician / Production Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, testing, calibrating, and assembling products while ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Perform testing, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of products and components.
Utilize hand tools and testing equipment, including multimeters and similar diagnostic instruments.
Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and test results.
Follow quality, safety, and production procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electrical equipment.
Experience using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.
Experience using testing equipment such as multimeters or similar devices.
Ability to read and understand Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership experience or leadership potential is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing, production, assembly, calibration, quality control, electronics, or related technical experience.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
