Join our dynamic team in Middletown, OH, as a Distribution Professional! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the daily distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize distribution routes and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in training and mentoring new distribution staff.
- Resolve any issues related to shipping and delivery in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in distribution, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
