Desired Background & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for appropriate school social work certification
• Experience providing social-emotional support services to K-12 youth
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
• Familiarity with relevant federal and state regulations and special education processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
