Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:
Providing comprehensive labor, delivery, and postpartum care, the registered nurse will support families through the birth process in a family-centered and safe environment. The role involves collaboration with a highly trained team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor maternal and neonatal conditions throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Administer medications and manage medical interventions as directed by physicians.
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of clinical assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Hold an unencumbered Oregon RN license.
Possess current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
Maintain AHA ACLS certification (required).
Preferred certifications include NRP and STABLE.
Demonstrate experience in labor and delivery or postpartum care.
Exhibit strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
