The Social Media Manager for the Recruiting Team will spearhead the development and execution of social media strategies focused on job postings and recruitment marketing. Working independently, this role is responsible for enhancing brand awareness and attracting top talent by managing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Reporting to the Department Lead, the manager will drive recruitment-focused social media initiatives that align with the department’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling social media content targeting potential candidates and promoting job openings
• Manage and execute targeted recruitment campaigns across key platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics to optimize outreach efforts
• Build and maintain brand awareness through consistent, recruitment-focused messaging
• Leverage social media to support recruitment marketing objectives and departmental hiring goals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms
• Expertise in content strategy and social media analytics tools
• Experience in recruitment marketing initiatives
