In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You're a teammate and are looking for collaboration with your peers, but you're also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive. In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Qualifications Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; Must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
