Outside Sales Representative

Sales Representative
What You'll Do:
- Make 15-20 in-person cold calls per day
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business in an open territory
- Lease our dish washing machines, our cleaning systems, and service programs.
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom first conversation to signed agreement
- Build a strong prospect pipeline
- Research and recommend related and/or additional markets for business expansion.
- Partner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully
- Take full ownership of your territory, activity levels, and results
- Represent a family-owned business known for quality service, and long-term customer relationships
This is not desk sales. High energy and high activity are a must.
Compensation & Benefits
- First-Year Earnings: $75,000-$85,000
- Second-Year Earnings: $90,000-$100,000
- Base Salary: $37,000 + Uncapped Commissions - Top performers in this market are over $120k!
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Company vehicle and gas card provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting restaurant and foodservice operations with a need for our service within a protected territory.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline through effective relationship building and strategic outreach.
- Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and drive new business.
- Prepare for and attend weekly sales meetings.

- Restaurant industry experience
- Pro-active, self-starter, with a true hunter mentality
- Restaurant/hospitality industry experience
- Bartenders
- Business development professionals; relationship selling, not transactional
