Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or another suitable environment. While you will be working independently, you will also be an integral part of a collaborative outpatient care team. Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of your patients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. Develop tailored treatment plans based on these assessments. \n
- Implement clinically sound therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to address complex mental health issues. \n
- Maintain diligent and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory expectations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of patient records. \n
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care and optimize patient outcomes. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and share insights with colleagues. \n
- Offer education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, discussing treatment options, and navigating available community resources. \n
- Engage in continual professional development by staying current with research and advancements in clinical practices to provide the best care possible. \n
Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing various challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Ensuring a compassionate, culturally competent approach will be crucial to creating an environment where clients feel safe and supported.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Possession of an active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, enabling you to provide customized care to your clients. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. \n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to effectively navigate client needs. \n

While a bachelor’s degree is the minimal requirement, candidates with advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate level) are favored, along with those possessing prior clinical experience in outpatient settings or specialized training in evidence-based practices.
