Registered Nurse

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. The pay range for this position is $31.00/hr - $46.00/hr, with opportunities for full-time nights and PRN shifts. Available shifts and pay rates include: Full Time Nights: $31-$46/hour + Shift Differential PRN on nights: $36-$40 depending on the number of shifts/month Area Float Pool RN (covering Bristol, VA, Kingsport, TN, and Johnson City, TN): $55/hour, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend rotation, no benefits, no shift differential Responsibilities include: Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients. Qualifications: Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred.
