Position: Server / Bartender (Entry Level) Schedule: Full Time Location: Cambria Calabasas, Calabasas, CA, US Salary Range: $17.00 To $17.00 Hourly Location: Malibu Canyon bar and grill inside Cambria Calabasas Hotel & Pool Service We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest‑focused Server/Bartender to join our boutique hotel team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in hospitality and gain experience in both serving and bartending. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, open availability, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests and local patrons Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Support restaurant, lounge, bar, and poolside service as needed Assist with preparing and serving basic alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages Learn menu offerings, cocktails, and hotel service standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a great guest experience Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Qualifications Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Minimal bartending experience preferred, or willingness to learn bartending skills Open availability required (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are a must) Friendly, dependable, and team‑oriented Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask Ideal Candidate: Someone who is eager to learn, flexible, and willing to support wherever needed.
