Nurse Case Manager (RN)

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $40–$63/hour + Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and resource utilization while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada RN license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience .
• At least 1 year of experience in Case Management, Discharge Planning, or Utilization Review .
• Strong care coordination, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
  

Preferred:

• CCM or ACM certification.
• Pediatric Case Management, Emergency Department, or Utilization Review experience.
