Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering virtual counseling services tailored to a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals, couples, and families.

• Conducting individual counseling sessions focused on adult clients dealing with a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that target each client’s unique needs and goals, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Utilizing secure telehealth platforms to ensure optimal delivery of therapy sessions with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Providing ongoing care for clients with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders and implementing individualized treatment strategies to address family dynamics and maladaptive behaviors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of students and individuals grappling with the pressures of academic life as well as adults facing transitional challenges. The focus on varying demographics allows you to apply your skills across a spectrum of backgrounds, fostering resilience and growth in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Current licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, paired with strong problem-solving abilities.
\n
• A commitment to building meaningful therapeutic relationships to foster client trust and engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including:
