Our mission is simple: Help businesses protect their people Help our Sales Professionals build lasting wealth and leadership careers What You’ll Do — Regional Sales Associate Responsibilities As a Regional Sales Associate, you will: Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and HR professionals Present and explain employee health and benefit solutions clearly and ethically Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing client questions and concerns Work directly with employees to enroll and support benefit offerings Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development Assist in training and mentoring new team members Attend required sales meetings and performance trainings Every day is different — new clients, new locations, and new opportunities to grow.
