As a Security Officer Lobby Driver in Woonsocket, RI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, and support a professional, caring atmosphere. In this stationary role, you will remain visible, communicate clearly, and help with security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state, offering the chance to work with a team known for agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Monitor lobby and reception area activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or visitor access, and help to support authorized entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed.
• Document visitor activity, incidents, and/or unusual conditions, and report concerns through site protocols and Allied Universal communication channels.
• Support a professional front desk presence by answering general questions, directing individuals to the appropriate department, and helping to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
