Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all client records are accurate and up to date. \n
- Engage in regular consultation and coordination with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address psychiatric, emotional, and social needs. \n
- Participate in continued education workshops and professional development sessions to enhance skills and keep abreast of advancements in mental health research. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. - A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential. \n
- Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Pennsylvania is required. \n

- Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds. \n
