Why Join Us $25,000 Sign‑On Bonus with 2‑Year Contract Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Vision, Prescription, and Dental Full‑time night shift with 36 average weekly hours (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth Weekends and holidays as required with emphasis on work‑life balance Job Details / Responsibilities Assess/reassess patient’s condition based upon observation of patient and interview of patient and/or family, physician’s diagnosis and data, diagnostic results, and relevant data from other healthcare providers Develop/revise nursing plans of care for assigned patients Care for all patients from adolescent to geriatric for medical/surgical/palliative care Deliver safe rehabilitation nursing interventions Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high‑quality care Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and departments Maintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer service Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information Qualifications Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education (BSN preferred) Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
