As Clinical Educatorfor Reprocessing SPD, you willcreate, improve, andguide training plans fornew and experiencedSterile Processing Technicians.You'llbe the face of orientation and training for your facility and team, using yourexpertiseto develop eachteam member's skills and abilities.
What you'll do as a Clinical Educator:-
Design and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with facility priorities and individual staff development needs.
Facilitate multi-week, hands-on training programs for all new Sterile Processing team members to ensure readiness and compliance from day one.
Maintain detailed documentation of training activities and regularly review programs to ensure alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
Conduct regular evaluations toidentifyskill gaps and create targeted development plans for continuous team improvement.
Develop and deliver ongoing education sessions focused on the latest products, technologies, and best practices in Sterile Processing.

Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure training initiatives support broader organizational goals.
Foster a learning environment that encourages professional growth, accountability, and high performance.
High school diploma or GED,Bachelor'sdegree preferred
3+ years' experience in Sterile Processing
3+ years' experience in training
Sterile processing certificationrequired
Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements

Pay range for this opportunity is$68,637.50-$88,825.00.This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
