What You'll Be Doing:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect technical requirements and project specifications.
Convert complex technical details into clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content.
Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and challenges of each client.
Ensure proposals are consistent with company standards, objectives, and branding guidelines.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of power system equipment and industry trends.
Use technical expertise to assist in proposal development and project execution.
Offer technical support and guidance to project teams when necessary.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in proposal development and project management.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience writing technical proposals & project management
Must have strong understanding of power systems or electrical equipment
Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
