ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

GLOUCESTER HOUSING AUTHORITY POSITION AVAILABLE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FINANCE: This is a highly responsible administrative position, in which the incumbent oversees all aspects of the fiscal management of the Agency ad provides supervision to the fiscal department staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: The development, installation and evaluation of fiscal management policies and procedures for the Authority supervise the finance assistant maintain Authority; investment register responsible for all account receivables and payables complete reports to regulatory agencies (utility consumption, quarterly financial, voucher management system controls cash ?ow within the Authority completes necessary tax forms serves as liaison with auditors/fee accountants oversees payroll responsible for tracking all escrow and security deposit account QUALIFICATIONS: College degree and three years of experience in a related feld; fve years experience in public financial management will be considered in lieu of education; previous supervision experience; experience in public housing a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills; computer skills; a valid MA Driver's License. Bi-lingual a plus. Full benefits. 35 hours/wk. with a salary range of $90,971-$92,900. Position open until September 7, 2026, or until filled.
